Terms of Sale
Last updated: October 2026
1. Publisher and reseller
The WatchIsUp service is published by Thomas Livernet, sole trader (SIREN 820 973 337), Clermont-Ferrand, France.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle collects the payment, issues the invoice, collects any applicable sales tax and handles payment-related enquiries. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
2. Option sold
Ad-free: removal of advertising from a countdown's page, and photo studio exports without the WatchIsUp logo. Exact contents and price are described on the Pricing page. The price, including taxes, is shown before you confirm payment. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
3. Ordering and activation
The option is ordered from the page of the countdown concerned, by its creator (the holder of the edit link). It is activated automatically as soon as Paddle confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Paddle emails a receipt to the address given at checkout.
4. Duration
The option is attached to the countdown it was bought for and lasts as long as that countdown exists. Countdowns are deleted automatically 15 days after they end. The option cannot be transferred to another countdown. Editing the countdown keeps it.
5. Refunds
You can get a full refund, with no reason needed, for 14 days after purchase. Details are in our refund policy. A refund ends the option.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. If the option does not work as described and we cannot fix it, the purchase is refunded, including after the 14-day period. Countdown content remains the responsibility of its creator under the terms of service, which also apply to ad-free countdowns.
7. Contact
For questions about the option: contact form. For questions about a payment or an invoice: paddle.net.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
