Show a countdown on the TV
Google TV, Samsung, LG, Fire TV, game console: if the TV has a browser, it works. Nothing to install, nothing long to type.
1. On the TV
Open the browser and type watchisup.com/tv. A code appears.
2. On your phone
Open your countdown and tap On the TV.
3. Point at the TV
Scan the TV's QR code, or type the 6-character code.
4. Done
The countdown shows up big on the TV.
No ads on the TV
A small QR code shows in the corner. Scan it with your phone: once paid, the TV removes ads and logo by itself, and the screen no longer goes to sleep. Nothing to do if the page is already ad-free.
My TV has no browser
Google TV: install one from the TV's Play Store. Samsung: the « Internet » app. LG: « Web Browser ».
The code doesn't work
Type the one showing right now: it changes every 15 minutes.
