14 days to change your mind

You can request a full refund of a paid option for 14 days after purchase, with no reason needed.

How to request a refund

• On paddle.net, with the email address used at checkout (the link is also in your receipt);
• or through our contact form, giving the address of your countdown.

The refund is made by Paddle, our reseller, to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

After a refund

The option is removed from the countdown: ads reappear on its page and studio exports carry the WatchIsUp logo again.

After 14 days

If the option does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we refund it, whenever you ask.
