Yes. Front or rear camera, with an adjustable mirror effect, and the countdown animates on top of it live — seconds included.
The image is exported as JPEG, on every browser, in story, square or landscape format. Video, where your device supports it, comes out as MP4 or WebM — both accepted by TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Some iPhones can't yet record the page: the video button simply doesn't appear, and the image stays available.
