How many days until GTA 6? Out on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, pre-load from November 12, from $79.99.

**Grand Theft Auto VI launches on Thursday, November 19, 2026** on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, after two delays. No PC version has been announced for launch.

**What time does it unlock?** This countdown ends at midnight in your device's time zone: that is the unlock time shown on PlayStation Store listings, region by region. Rockstar has not confirmed an official time, and some outlets report a simultaneous worldwide unlock instead. We will update the countdown if the publisher settles it.

**Pre-load from November 12.** Digital pre-orders can download the game a week early, so you can play the moment it unlocks. The Standard Edition costs $79.99 and the Ultimate Edition $99.99.

**What's waiting.** A return to Vice City, in the fictional Florida-inspired state of Leonida, following a pair of protagonists: Lucia and Jason.
